I’m sleep-deprived. I have coffee. I am ALIVE. With some current events. In nifty bulleted form.

It’s Spring Break.
I have a creative writing assignment in Math over Spring Break.
I finished reading Khaled Hosseini’s “The Kite Runner.” One of the few books finished in ‘08. Whoot.
My brother obsesses over Super Smash Brothers Brawl. It’s quite addicting, I’d say.
I’ve just got a Twitter with babbled updates.
I’ve tweaked around with Expression Engine.
I have a new site theme stewing on this computer.
ZeFrank is one of the most entertainingly schizophrenic podcasts I’ve ever watched. And I love it.
There’s no such thing as tater tots made specifically from non-potato-like substances. Yet I have reason to believe so.
I have a caffeinated beverage to tend to.
Andddd… The Strokes are interesting.

I somehow didn’t notice your aside on CMS’s — have you tried Textpattern yet? I know it was really easy for me to go from regular HTML to textile, since the tags are somewhat like HTML tags. I still want to check out Expression Engine, though.

Oh, and I can’t wait to see your new theme! Although I love teal

Today was the start of Spring Break for me as well! I would have gotten Super Smash Brother’s Brawl, but my brother took the Wii I bought back to San Diego with him, because apparently, I didn’t “play with it enough.”

As you know, I can never make up my mind about CMSs. I’m always caught between either Chyrp, Wordpress, or Textpattern, but I always go back to Wordpress. It never hurts to experiment around though, I mean, who knows? You may find a CMS that really suits you the best. Like Kaylee, the thing I like about Textpattern is that the tags are so much easier to remember, compared to Wordpress tags, and it doesn’t take much effort to make a theme.

I’m currently reading “A Mighty Heart” by Marianne Pearl, and I would recommend that you read it. True story.

Yes, there was an episode where I was having difficulty dancing. But you know, Pilates was worse. I do believe that I also have a caffeinated beverage beside me, just waiting to be … slurped.

A creative writing piece in… dare I say it, Math? Really? Wow.

No, the shuffle isn’t similar to America’s Soulja Boy. I happen to know that one too.

I am experimenting around with Expression Engine too! I’ve seen a few sites using it and thought it looked pretty cool. I always change the type of CMS I use though.

Ahh, I heard that The Kite Runner is a really awesome book; I’ll have to check it out some time. =) I’ve definitely heard of the Strokes… but I’ve never actually listened to them. Coffee? Really? I find coffee pretty gross in taste… and yet incredibly good-smelling. Weird how that happens.
